This role is responsible for executing specific sales strategies to generate leads and sign up new enterprise recurring revenue. The Enterprise Account Executive plays an instrumental role in expanding BrainHi’s market share and ensuring our continued revenue growth. Key responsibilities include introducing and explaining the value of our services to new enterprise leads, managing expansion opportunities and collaborating with key internal stakeholders to ensure enterprise strategy long-term success.

Responsibilities


  • Generate leads by doing in-person visits and cold calling prospects
  • Follow up with assigned inbound enterprise leads from marketing campaigns (these leads must be contacted the same business date of assignment)
  • Develop relationships with executive directors and other executive stakeholders
  • Gain a deep understanding of prospect needs and map the max opportunity size. Document it on Salesforce
  • Deliver quality and tailored demonstrations of the BrainHi platform to prospects based on their needs and priorities
  • Manage upsale opportunities and propose expansion plans
  • Collaborate with Customer Success team on ensuring new customer long-term success during implementation, potential churn risks and identifying expansion opportunities
  • Daily contact with prospects through visits, calls, emails and any other available methods
  • Meet the quarterly quota and activity metrics
  • Accurately log, track and maintain all customer contact and records in Salesforce
  • Attend team meetings and internal training. Attend office days
  • Participate in sales conventions (will include weekends)

Requirements

  • Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
  • 2-5 years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Excellent time and project management skills. You're always looking to improve inefficient processes.
  • Keep attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
  • English and Spanish proficiency
